William Hill $35,000 Deposit Giveaway

September 3, 2019

The William Hill (“William Hill”) DEPOSIT AND WIN at a Tavern & Win Promotion (“Contest”) period begins on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 5:00 am and ends on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (“Contest Period”). All times referred to throughout these rules are Pacific Standard Time.

1. To be eligible for the season long prize, all participants must be 21 years of age or older and have a William Hill Nevada Account Wagering Account (“Mobile Account”). Membership is free.
2. During the Season Prize Contest Period, William Hill Mobile Account holders (“Participants”) will receive one (1) electronic entry into the drawing by depositing $5 or more into their Mobile Account at select PT’s Entertainment Group and Golden Gaming locations. See paragraph 10 below for the list of eligible locations.
   • There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Mobile Account for the duration of the Contest
3. There will be an electronic drawing at approximately 2:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 for one (1) Grand Prize winner and two hundred (200) secondary winners. The electronic drawing will be completed by a State of Nevada authorized third-party
   • The Season Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Account.
   • Two hundred (200) Secondary Season Prize winners will receive a $100 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Account. Within thirty (30) days of the drawing on January 15, 2020 the credit will be added to the winner’s Mobile Accounts.
4. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by William Hill to obtain all necessary information for completing applicable winning tax forms. Providing such information is required by February 15, 2020 to claim the prize.
5. In the event the grand prize drawing winner does not fill out the necessary winning tax forms by February 15, 2020, the Grand Prize will be deemed forfeited.
6. During the Weekly Prize Contest Period, William Hill Nevada Mobile Account holders (“Participants”) will receive one (1) electronic entry into the drawing by depositing $5 or more into their Mobile Account at select Pt’s Entertainment Group and Golden Gaming locations. See paragraph 10 below for the list of eligible locations.
   • There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Mobile Account for the duration of the Weekly Contest Participant will only qualify for the weekly prize during the week they made the deposit. Below are the lists of dates for the weekly prizes’ periods.

9. Six Weekly Prize Winners will be pulled each week for a $100 PTEG Gift Card. Winners will receive PTEG Gift Card by certified mail from William Hill. Any PTEG Gift Card returned to the William Hill mailing address will be forfeited. Winners of the weekly prize will be contacted via email and phone calls to the email address and phone numbers in the William Hill system.

Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management in a manner deemed fair to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all contestants. If the patron is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, they have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
