PROMOTION SUMMARY

The April Power Bill Payout Weekly Bonus offers participants the chance to receive a weekly bonus amount in free play when they earn a tier specific threshold of base points during a given earning period. Participants must use their True Rewards account in order to participate and only tiers Loyal, Solid, Legit and Epic are eligible to participate.

1. Promotion will run from 12:01am April 5, 2024 through 11:59pm April 30, 2024
2. Participants must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid government-issued ID and be a True Rewards member to claim any prize. True Rewards is free to join and can be joined by presenting a valid government-issued ID at any PT’s Tavern location.
3. Contest will run from April 5, 2024 through April 30, 2024
4. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States or Canada.
5. Participants must use their True Rewards card account number to log into the True Rewards mobile app or truerewards.com to redeem any qualified bonus.
6. Each eligible tier (Loyal, Solid, Legit and Epic) will need to earn or surpass a specific number of base points for their tier during the weekly Earning Period.
7. Weekly base point threshold to be met by each tier to qualify:
   1. Loyal – 2,000 base points during earning period
   2. Solid – 3,500 base points during earning period
   3. Legit – 6,000 base points during earning period
   4. Epic – 18,000 base points during earning period
8. Earning Periods and Redemption Periods (weekly bonus redeemable once on any of the three days):
   1. Earning Period 1: Saturday, April 5 at 12:00am – Saturday, April 6 at 11:59pm
      1. Redemption Period 1: Monday, April 8  at 12:00 am - Wednesday, April 10  at 11:59pm
   2. Earning Period 2: Friday, April 12 at 12:00am – Saturday, April 13 at 11:59pm
      1. Redemption Period 2: Monday, April 15 at 12:00 am - Wednesday, April 17 at 11:59pm
   3. Earning Period 3: Friday, April 19 at 12:00am – Saturday, April 20 at 11:59pm
      1. Redemption Period 3: Monday, April 22 at 12:00 am - Wednesday, April 24 at 11:59pm
   4. Earning Period 4: Friday, April 26 at 12:00am – Saturday, April 27 at 11:59pm
      1. Redemption Period 4: Monday, April 29 at 12:00 am - Tuesday, April 30 at 11:59pm
9. If a guest earns or surpasses their tier’s designated base point threshold during an Earning Period, they will receive a weekly bonus which will be valid for redemption on the following Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday (“Redemption Period”).
10. Weekly Bonus Amounts:
    1. Loyal - $20 in free slot play
    2. Solid - $40 in free slot play
    3. Legit - $80 in free slot play
    4. Epic - $250 in free slot play
11. Earning Period weekly bonus may only be redeemed once during the Redemption Period.  Guests who do not redeem on one of the three designated Redemption Period days will have the applicable Earning Period weekly bonus forfeited and Earning Period weekly bonuses will not rollover to the next Redemption Period.
12. Qualifying participants will receive an email notifying them they have a weekly bonus valid for the Redemption Period.
13. Guests must activate their offer on the True Rewards Mobile App or on an in-tavern kiosk
14. Participants are eligible for one weekly bonus per Earning/Redemption period.
15. PT’s Taverns reserves all rights, including but not limited to the rights to: (a) disqualification for tampering with the operation of this Promotion, (b) acting in violation of these rules, (c) acting with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, and (d) modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion without advance notification to Participants, for any reason and including (without limitation) if PT’s Taverns determines, in its sole discretion, that this Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated in these rules.
16. By participating in this Promotion, Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules and that he/she will not cheat, attempt to cheat, or otherwise interrupt or attempt to interrupt or harm the operation of any PT’s Taverns service or Promotion.
17. PT’s Taverns is not responsible for any human or other error, computer or other technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data or transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failures of any software or any other error or malfunction, including (without limitation) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, Internet service providers, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected computer, cable or telephone transmission; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
18. Any dispute related to this Promotion shall be resolved by PT’s Taverns management. Any such dispute not resolved to the satisfaction of the parties shall be referred to the Nevada Gaming Control Board pursuant to NRS 463.362.
19. Should PT’s Taverns believe that a Participant has engaged, or attempted to engage, in any act to cheat, use automated technology or otherwise unfairly alter a score, credits, winning a Promotion, or to otherwise commit fraud, PT’s Taverns may disqualify that Participant, and all prizes for that Participant shall be forfeited.
20. Winners are solely responsible for all state and federal taxes or other fees/penalties incurred from prizes and will be subject to a W2-G or 1099, if applicable. Participants with cumulative annual winnings valued at over $600 will receive a 1099. Winners agree to promptly and timely provide all information reasonably requested by management in connection with local, state and federal tax reporting.
21. Employees of Golden Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are not allowed to participate in this Promotion or to win any prize.
22. By participating in this Promotion, all winning Participants consent to the use of their name, photograph and likeness for promotion by PT’s Taverns and any of their affiliates, including but not limited to: internet, radio, television, mailers, flyers, and in-house advertising, without compensation.
23. Management reserves all rights, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
